Participants are responsible for their own accommodations, transportation and miscellaneous charges.

You may also call the hotel directly at 1-800-341-7949 and be sure to mention group code SCL in order to receive the special room rate.  Conference rates are $139.00 for single, double/twin rooms, with a fee of $25.00 for each additional person.  Applicable state and local taxes are currently thirteen percent (13%).

Room rates are valid August 31 through September 2, 2009 based on availability.  In addition, guest room rates will are offered by hotel three days prior and three days after the event, if needed.  Reservations will be taken until August 26, 2009.  Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis and a higher rate may apply.

Reservations must be guaranteed by one night's deposit or a major credit card.  Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are canceled seventy-two (72) hours prior to date of arrival.  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
